Privacy Notice

This website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, chat tools, or advertising embeds. Its contact form uses a same-origin Cloudflare Worker when FHLA activates the required account configuration.

Contact form

After activation, the form sends your name, email address, selected general matter type, acknowledgement, and brief message to the FHLA Worker. The Worker validates the fields, verifies Cloudflare Turnstile, and asks Cloudflare Email Service to deliver a plain-text message to info@fhlalaw.com. Your email address is used as Reply-To; it is never used as the sender. The website does not accept document uploads.

The repository handoff and review build keep submission inactive unless the documented Cloudflare configuration is present. Local mock mode does not send email or contact Turnstile.

Hosting and security data

Cloudflare may process limited technical data—such as IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp, and Turnstile security signals—to deliver and protect the website. FHLA should configure operational logs to avoid message content and retain only what is needed for security and delivery troubleshooting.

No confidential information

Do not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the website. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Cookies and storage

FHLA does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies or use browser storage. Turnstile may use technical signals necessary to detect abuse; its production activation requires FHLA privacy review.
